I am excited about this new course released through the app Insight Timer. It runs over 10 days and includes a short talk and meditation on different themes each day.
It summarises all the main approaches I’ve developed to help you free your mind, even if your body is hurting. Immensely practical, you will learn a variety of mindfulness methods and approaches to reduce your suffering and get your life back on track.
I am particularly satisfied with this course and feel it distills my decades of adventures in how to live in an uncomfortable body into easily digestible sessions that I hope will be of benefit to many people.
