One-To-One

  • 60-minute sessions 

  • Choose from one Deep Dive Session or a series of three or more sessions with a focused theme 

  • Sessions include: open sharing, exercises, meditations, practical tools 

Group Coaching

  • Benefit from a group learning environment with like-minded peers 

  • 2-hour weekly online sessions
