Celebrating Mindfulness Day: A Q&A With Leading Meditation Teachers

I was really pleased to contribute to this wonderful article in celebration of Mindfulness Day on 12th September 2023.

Along with mindfulness teachers Brother Ngộ "Freedom" Không, Dr. Shauna Shapiro, and Shamash Alidina, I answered questions about how mindfulness can support well-being.


Together, we explored what does “well-being” really mean in the context of mindfulness? We share our go-to mindfulness practices for stress and anxiety relief and explore how this ancient practice can adapt and evolve to address the multifaceted challenges we face in today’s society.
