‘Rules for Survival – mindfulness and compassion for challenging times’ – New 10 session audio course
I am excited about this new course released through the app Insight Timer. It runs over 10 sessions and includes a short talk and meditation on different themes each day. I’ve written it during the Covid-19 global pandemic in an attempt to provide tools to help all of us manage these unpredictable, challenging times with more grace and equanimity.

Join me for a 30-minute guided meditation each Tuesday 19:00 – 19:30 BST. Each week I offer a few reflections and then lead a practice to help us navigate these challenging times in the world. You can join on zoom or watch on youtube live or as a recording after the event.
